How to Purchase:

Once you have decided on the model, color, and options (if any) for your new trailer, we take a deposit and place the unit on order with the factory.  The deposit is typically in the range of $800 to $1,000 per trailer (depending on the model and options) and can be paid via check, cash, or credit card.  Within a few days, we can give you a rather accurate delivery forecast (usually 4 ~ 6 weeks).

Upon delivery, the invoice balance is due, and must be paid with certified funds (sorry, no credit cards).

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Many of our customers buy their trailer sight-unseen.  We realize this seems like a big risk, and certainly buying a horse trailer is a major emotional and financial decision.  We are so confident that you will find your new EquiSpirit trailer to be better than you expected, we have a policy that you do not have to accept delivery of your new trailer if it does not meet your expectations.  Although we have never had to take a trailer back... that is our offer of assurance to you!

Financing:

If you desire to finance your new trailer, we can often arrange better rates and service than available through most local banks.  EquiSpirit processes hundreds of loan applications, and deals only with lenders who specialize in the trailer business.  Many banks won't finance a trailer, but you are most welcome to check with your local banker and compare our terms.

Delivery:

Your trailer is delivered straight from our factory to your door; but not before passing two independent and totally thorough top-to-bottom inspections.  Our incidence of "delivered wrong" items is less than 0.1%.

The trailer is towed and delivered to you by professional drivers; thus given a "shake-down" cruise, further insuring that all the details are correct. You can expect your trailer to be delivered clean and correct.

Upon acceptance of delivery, the invoice balance is due.  The invoice balance will include Destination / Delivery charges.   Prices for delivery to your location will be calculated at time of final trailer quotation. With highly unstable fuel prices, delivery fees are changing almost weekly. Contact us for an estimate now, and a firm quote along with your trailer quote.

Pricing:

EquiSpirit trailers are sold only through authorized factory Reps and/or factory direct (if there is no Rep in your area).  There are no dealers or distributors, therefore the overhead is kept to a minimum and the pricing control kept very tight.  Pricing is set by the factory (MSRP) and is consistent nationwide.  The only variation customers may find is the destination / delivery charge, and even that is "normalized" (much like the automotive industry).

You will get the same price quote from Horse-Cents as you would from the factory, no more - no less.  However, as your local Rep, we are here to provide one-on-one service and consulting.

Tax, tag and title fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the sales price.  In most states, the tax and title fees are paid when the new owner registers the trailer and applies for their license-plate (tag).
